Kefalos Bay

Until recently, visitors were limited to a handful of backpackers and island hoppers camping on the beach; but there are a couple of hotels there these days.

For a long time the only buildings were a few unfinished constructions, apparently raised there by Turkish investors during the military dictatorship. Meanwhile, Kefalos Bay has plenty of facilities for tourists, such as rental companies for bikes, mopeds or surf boards.

In addition to this, visitors can go water skiing or embark on an exploration of the area by boat.
